Do I have to order online?
You're welcome to place your order by phone at +353 (0)74 97 30 500.
Payment can also be mailed (enclosing cheque and order) or made through the international bank payment system. Please contact us for our IBAN code.
Items can be collected personally from An Siopa Gaeilge from 10 am–5.30 pm Monday to Friday. We also open weekends during the summer months.
What currencies do you accept?
All charges are in Euro.
Are there any other payment methods available?
We can issue an invoice to schools or others who require to pay by cheque or bank transfer. Schools and other institutions can order books, request an invoice and pay by cheque or bank transfer rather than paying with a credit card. Take a look at our School Orders page or contact us.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Your order will be dispatched by next post, Monday–Friday. If the item you order is out of stock we will email you to inform you of this and let you know when the item is expected back in stock. Please see Payment, Returns & Postage for further information.
Can I make changes after I've placed an order?
If you wish to have your order posted to a different address or need to make some other alteration we should be able to facilitate this provided the order has not been dispatched. Please contact us for assistance.
