Íocaíocht / Payment

Is féidir íoc le cárta creidmheasa tríd an córas sábháilte nó tríd Paypal. Is féidir seic a sheoladh sa phost leis a fhoirm ordaithe nó íoc díreach tríd an Banc leis an córas IBAN ach na sonraí a fháil uainn. Tá fáilte romhat, fosta, buaileadh isteach chugainn agus iad a bhailiú go pearsanta.

Payment can be made by credit card(s) or Laser though An Siopa Gaeilge secure order form - order button on the product page will direct you to our order form.

You may also use the Paypal system for purchases. Shopping Cart button on the product page will dirct you to the PayPal system.

Payment can also be mailed (enclosing cheque and order form) or through the international bank system payment system (email us for our IBAN code). Items can also be collected personally from An Siopa Gaeilge (10 am - 5.30 pm Monday to Friday, open weekends during the summer). We also welcome contact by Skype (oideas.gael).

Postas / Postage charges

Gearrtar táillí postais de réir fhíorchostas Oifig an Phoist, de réir meáchain, go hiondúil. Postage is charged and added as per actual costs at the Post Office (by weight).

Aischur & Aisíoc / Returns & Refunds

Má shocraíonn an ceannaitheoir an t-earra a sheoladh ar ais, aisíocfar costas an earra féin amháin agus ní an costas poist (ach sa chás go bhfuil locht ar leith ar an earra nó meancóg déanta againne). Sa chás nach féidir leis an siopa an t-earra a úsáid arís, ní dhéanfar aisíoc air. Sa chás gur baineadh de bhunphacáistiú earra, mar dhlúthdhiosca nó dlúth-fhísdhiosca, ní dhéanfar aisíoc.

If the purchaser decides to return the item purchased, a refund will be given (but not for postage charges except in the case of faulty items or a mistake by An Siopa Gaeilge). If the item, such as CD or DVD has had its original packaging interfered with it will not be possible to offer a refund.

If the item is damaged or faulty we will either offer to exchange it for you or give you a refund. If you wish to return an item please contact us immediately. Wrap item securely and return to ‘An Siopa Gaeilge, Oideas Gael, Gleann Cholm Cille, Co. Dhún na nGall’ with a note explaining the reason for return or if the item is faulty please provide a detailed description of the fault.
