Danny Meehan was born in Drimalost near Mountcharles in Co. Donegal. He lived
in England for many years eventually returning home in
2007. On CD 1 the recordings are almost entirely solo fiddle
with a few exceptions. On CD 2, some older recordings are
featured along with recordings Danny made in London. This
CD published by Cairdeas na bhFidiléirí has extensive notes
contained in a 36 page booklet.
